Embark on the ultimate Italian-inspired sailing adventure from Valletta to Palermo; an unforgettable journey along the stunning Sicilian coast.
Aboard our Provonia 38 racing cruiser we will be able to work on sailing at a higher level than traditional charter yachts. "Seawolf" is designed to sail quickly, and enters races throughout the season. That offers us the opportunity to learn about sail trim, and utilise the many controls on offer to boost our knowledge and get a feel for performance sailing!
This extraordinary voyage invites you to discover the natural beauty and local charm of Gozo, Marzememi, Syracuse, Catania, Mount Etna, Messina, the Aeolian Islands, and finally Palermo. Whether you're an experienced sailor or new to the seas, this trip offers the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and authentic experiences.
Our journey begins in Valletta, where you'll board our high performance sailing vessel near the iconic Grand Harbour. As we set sail, enjoy the breath-taking views of Malta's fortifications. After a short day at sea learning the boat, our first stop is the serene island of Gozo to the north.
Next, we sail to Marzememi, a quaint fishing village on Sicily's southeastern coast. The village's relaxed pace and scenic beauty make it a perfect spot to unwind and connect with the essence of Sicilian coastal living.
Continuing along the coast, we reach Syracuse, where the sea meets history. We can spend a day enjoying the atmosphere of this ancient capital of the western Greek civilisation. Be prepared to take in all the culture Syracuse has to offer!
Our journey then takes us to the vibrant city of Catania, set against the backdrop of Mount Etna. If time allows, we will enjoy a brief excursion to the lower slopes of Etna for a unique perspective of one of the world's most famous active volcanos.
Further north, we sail through the Strait of Messina opening up access to the Aeolian Islands, a paradise of unspoiled beauty. Anchoring in the sheltered bays of Lipari or Vulcano we will take in the stunning landscapes. We aim to sail around Stromboli at night to witness the natural fireworks of its active volcano from the comfort of our vessel.
Our journey concludes in Palermo, the capital of the Sicilian island. Reflect on your adventure as you savour the flavours of Sicily's famous cuisine under the stars.

Departing from Valetta in Malta, we will sail 14 days to explore the very best of these stunning coastlines and islands before arriving in Palermo.
